Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with physical exercise undertaken using our platform.
All content on SweatSmart — including workout plans, algorithms, logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to SweatSmart and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of any personal data and content you provide to the platform, and grant us a limited licence to use it solely to deliver our services to you.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SweatSmart at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweatSmart and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of SweatSmart after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
